Dealer Cooperative Advertising Program
EarthBox will pay the cost of advertising space devoted to EarthBox branded products up to 2% of the dealer’s net purchases billed through the distributor. This policy is subject to the restrictions below.
Restrictions
Advertisement must feature a product illustration from company-supplied artwork.
Advertisement must feature the EarthBox logo from company-supplied artwork.
Advertisement must be within MAP Policy requirements.
EarthBox products must NOT be shown adjacent to competing brands.
EarthBox will not reimburse for agency commissions, production costs, special position charges or special handling charges.
Ads must run in the calendar year in which the retailer is filing the claim.
Claims must be submitted within 90 days after the ad is run, or they will not be accepted.
EarthBox will only reimburse for the cost of space devoted to EarthBox products and reimbursement will be in the form of a credit to the distributor on behalf of the customer.
MiniGarden and all other non-EarthBox products do not qualify for advertising reimbursement.
Broadcast Media
All broadcast media (radio, television, Internet) requires prior approval for reimbursement.

Requirements for Claim
Full page tear sheet of the ad (no photocopies or reproductions).
Publisher’s invoice
Proof of purchases (vendor invoices) to establish budget.
Incomplete claims will be returned for required documentation.
